I’ve been asked several times this week, “How was I able to add my LinkedIn profile to my facebook page”. Well, it’s actually quite easy and I would like to share with you how to do it. In case you didn’t know, there are a variety of Applications or Add-ons you can install to personalize and really enhance the experience for people who visit your facebook profile.

To integrate your linkedin Profile into facebook you simply need to install an application. There are several linkedin applications to choose from, but the one I like the most is, “My LinkedIn Profile“. Here are the steps to add it to your facebook profile.

To integrate your Linkedin Proile into Facebook you will need to install a Facebook application to your profile. There are several to choose from, but the one I like the most is, “My Linkedin Profile“. Here are the the steps to add it to your Facebook profile.

1. Search for Linkedin Application

After you have logged into facebook, enter “My LinkedIn Profile” in the search box located at the top of the page. Once the My LinkedIn Profile application appears in the list click on the link to start the installation process.

2. Permit Access to Install

Since the application uses some of your Facebook information you will need to grant permission to the My LinkedIn Profile Application.

3. Enter in your Public Profile Link

On the next page you will need to enter in your linkedin profile url which can be found within your linkedin account next to the Public Profile section. Copy and Paste the Public Profile url into this field.

4. Create a Profile Tab

Once you click the (Add Profile Tab) button a new tab will be added to your Facebook page to display your linkedin profile..

5. See How it Looks!

Click Ok for confirmation and then click the (Go to My Profile) to view the tab.
